Our Management

The day-to-day management of the company is overseen by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tope Ashaju.

MR. OLUFEMI OSINUBI

MR. Osinubi O.O. graduated from Ogun State University Ago-Iwoye with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics in 1986. He had worked in Prudential Securities Ltd, Mayfield Investment Limited and Interstate Securities Limited before joining the service of Dominion Trust Limited. He has over 14 years experience in the capital market and has attended various workshops and seminars. He became an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in 1993, which qualifies him to transact business on the trading floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

MODUPE ADENIRAN

Modupe Adeniran is a Business and Finance graduate of Hammersmith and West London College. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK (PGD), the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management. She is a Broker on the Abuja Securities & Commodities Exchange and also an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

She had worked with Orchestream Plc and Planet 24 Productions, both based in the UK before joining the team of Dominion trust Limited in April 2003. Presently, she is the Head of Corporate Finance.

KAYODE OKUNLADE

Kayode Okunlade is a graduate of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and holds a B.Sc. Banking and Finance degree, which he obtained in 2001. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) and a student member of the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He has worked with Dele Olaniyan & Co and Bellina Schools Limited before joining the services of Dominion Trust limited in 2004. He is presently Head of Marketing.

AFOLABI ANIMASHAUN 

Mr. Afolabi Animashaun holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) at upper credit from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro. He has worked with FIS Securities Limited and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Accounts. He joined the services of Dominion Trust Limited in 2004 and is presently the Head, Internal Audit. He is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

ADEOLU OLUWOLE ONI  

Adeolu Oni is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. He had his professional training with Kunle Oshinaike & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants from 1988 – 1989 and 1993 – 1994. He had a stint with some commercial companies before joining the firm of Segun Adeife & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in February 1997. He rose to the position of Acting Audit Manager before leaving at the end of November 2006 to join Dominion Group of Companies. He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a graduate (professional) of the Nigerian Institute of Administration (Chartered Institute of Administration). He is also a Chartered Accountant. He is presently Head, Accounts.
